Yara Kling
Board Chair
Born and raised in Puerto Rico.
She possesses a Bachelor of Arts in Communications with a concentration in Public Relations from the University of Puerto Rico, Rio Piedras Campus [2001], an associate degree in Intelligence Operations from Cochise College, Sierra Vista, AZ [2008], and a Master in Business Administration from University of Phoenix [2014].
She has a combined 22 years of experience in the Intelligence Community [US Navy and WY Law Enforcement].
She works as an application analyst for Cheyenne Regional Medical Center, enjoys spending time with her family and dogs, and traveling.

Juan Coronado
Board Member
Juan Coronado went to culinary school in Denver where he started his career. Soon after, an opportunity in Cheyenne led him to open the Metropolitan downtown along with the Los Conejos food truck and micro pop-up concepts. Recently, Coronado and his partners developed Railspur where he continues to make waves in the culinary and cultural scene in Cheyenne's West Edge District.

Board Member
Raymond D. Macchia is a dedicated Attorney at Legal Aid of Wyoming, Inc., bringing his legal expertise to the residents of Cheyenne, Wyoming. He focuses on providing comprehensive legal assistance to those in need within the community. With a commitment to justice and access to legal representation, Raymond advocates for his clients with compassion and diligence
