Our mission is to ensure students are performing at or above grade level. To achieve this, our school will emphasize the core areas of reading, writing, science, and math.

Expectations for behavior are maintained in a consistent fashion to ensure orderly and efficient classrooms. A structured school culture is a key element of success. Each party involved, from the parents, to the staff, to the students, are held accountable for their role in the overall mission.

PODER students will develop the work ethic and focus needed to achieve academic success.
