We believe the road to college begins in the early days of elementary. Students will develop the skills needed to achieve academic success.
Students as young as kindergarten age will learn how to maintain good study habits, manage their time, and recognize the appropriate time and place for certain behavior.
High expectations are set from Day 1
The expectations of life depend upon diligence; the mechanic that would perfect his work must first sharpen his tools.
The mission is to ensure that students are performing at or above grade level, and have the proper foundation to move through the upper grades to succeed at a college level. To achieve this, the school has developed an effective model that puts an emphasis on the core areas of reading, writing, science, and math.
Last but not least, a strong and demanding school culture lies at the heart of the school's mission, and is a key ingredient to our success.

My Grandson is learning at an accelerated rate. He looks forward to going to school every day and believes learning is fun!
It's been a great place to have our granddaughter. I've enjoyed all the teachers I've interacted with, and the learning is superb!
Getting kids to sit still and study may be the obvious approach to improving classroom learning, but PODER doesn’t stop at the classroom.
PODER Academy is one of the few academies across the country that includes chess in their curriculum. It's a game of skill and requires students to think outside of the box.
