Bob Salazar was was born and raised in Cheyenne. He graduated from the University of Wyoming in 1977 with Bachelor of Science in Statistics and a Master of Science in Systems Science/R&D Management from the University of Denver in 1991. He worked in the Defense and Telecommunications industry for 24 years and lived in India for 3 years developing International Business for mobile telephone and entertainment services.
He returned to Cheyenne in 2002 and received an Education Teaching Certification from the University of Wyoming and was a Math/Statistic teacher at East High School and adjunct instructor at LCCC for 14 years. He retired in June 2016 and remains very active in the education environment. He was elected to the Laramie County Community College board in 2016.
Bob's personal mission statement is "Seek Balance, Flexibility, Endurance and Strength" and applies it, to all areas of his life. He and his wife, Lorraine, enjoy travel and new adventures. They are members of St. Mary's Church.
Megan has been a Cheyenne resident for the past 10 years. The Air Force moved her family from Florida to Cheyenne, and she plans to make Wyoming her family’s forever home. She has 3 children, 2 rescue dogs, 2 rescue lizards, and a flock of chickens. Megan is a real estate broker, and runs her own real estate team. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, reading, and spending time with her kids. She is a very active member of the local community and often volunteers and sponsors events with Black Dog Animal Rescue, Wyoming Equality and the Cheyenne Board of Realtors.
